Bernie, the engine looked fantastic in the 356, it was a focal point of the car, paired to a custom stainless exhaust it sounded like no other 356. The power of the engine was fantastic, matched to a rebuilt 4 speed box it supplied great acceleration and sat nicely at a cruising speed on long trips. The car was cooled by the Bergman fan and in addition we added the side window air intakes - they were not a requirement to cool the engine, they were more for visual appearance and the car never ran to hot - it just worked. It has been photographed for magazines world wide and the entire package including the beautifully finished engine bay was always a requested shot. Thanks for building me such a nice engine, I look forward to using another one of your creations on the next project.
